1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:

• The item is defective or damaged.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product is unused and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or installed products.
• Electrical items once opened (unless defective).
• Clearance or special order items.

3. Return Process

• Customer must contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days.
• Provide order number and photos (if damaged/defective).
• Return approval must be received before sending the item.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
• Refund will be issued via the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless our mistake).
